She was punctual, they make sure that they found an intimate place on the beach for us. It was for my mom's 65th birthday and she enjoyed herself. It was just a magical and beautiful afternoon. Terrible communication. I booked in July, they accepted the reservation with the location of the beach we wanted the picnic at, then 2 days before the event e-mailed me saying they don’t come to that location. I booked the charcuterie and dessert option and paid extra for it, but we only received a charcuterie board. When I contacted them about this they said the 3 chocolate covered almonds on the board were the “dessert”. They were far too expensive for the little effort they put in. Don’t book

The cutest picnic on the beach!!! a great way to spend some time on the beach celebrating a bachelorette. They provided everything, charcuterie board, non alcoholic beverages, shade with the cutest umbrellas. Communication was great she answered all my questions and helped pick a location. We were a little late and she was more then understanding she even asked if we wanted to stay 15 minutes later. I would highly recommend.

Oh my goodness. Where do I start? My girlfriends and I went to Miami to celebrate my friend’s bachelorette party. None of us were from Miami so I looked online and all my contact with It’s Always Picnic Time (IAPT) was online and over the phone. I contacted several companies but this was the only one that got back to me promptly and they were extremely professional. If you’re looking for a well done picnic with nothing to worry about, I highly recommend them. From their well laid out detailed website to the owner’s prompt, friendly and detailed responses, every aspect of interaction with this company was awesome. After filling the online form and requesting the booking, I was contacted by the company. We had a conversation on what we were looking for. I sent my ideas to them and based on all the details they made an online idea board and shared it with me so that I could picture exactly what the picnic would look like (no chance for bad surprises!). I also was able to add my own inspirations to the idea board so that they could execute based on my ideas. On the day of the picnic, there was a sudden rain shower right when our picnic was about to start. They were really flexible and even though our picnic started about 30 min later than the original start time, they made sure to add the time to the end due to the weather. That was really nice of them being so flexible. The picnic itself was stunning. The spot they picked was quiet and breathtakingly beautiful on the beach. The flower arrangements, every small decor item, everything was amazing. They provided a Bluetooth speaker with our package which was awesome. Honestly, if you want a pop up picnic in the Miami area, I would not look elsewhere. From start to finish, they were professional, flexible, kind, and overall awesome. You won’t go wrong with them.

This company is amazing at what they do. I found them on Google two days prior to the day I wanted to organize a picnic. I saw that they had awesome reviews so I called the number listed. Sujheil answered my call and every single one of my questions. She even pitched in some ideas that were really helpful in order to make it a great event. Sujheil and her staff were super professional, kind, and went above and beyond in making sure I had no inconveniences. Call them if you want to have a beautiful picnic with your significant other, friends, or family. They take care of pretty much everything. All you have to do is answer their questions so they can personalize the experience for you. Will be definitely using them again
