We’ve spoken with our experience partner who mentioned guests in your party were not abiding by the non-smoking rule on the boat. These rules have been in place to prevent any damage to the boat and ensure guests are safe during their experience. We are sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations and have reached out to you via email to mend the situation. We have added boat rules regarding smoking to our experience description to prevent an issue like this in the future.

We had a great time on the water! The water slide was a huge plus and kept us so entertained. We were in the water on the lily pad most of the day, and the cooler was great to have since we had flown in and would have had no other way to keep things cold!
