From cocktail basics to the most advanced of signature drinks, including some molecular mixology, this Cocktail Making Class will provide each guest with a mixology crash-course that will cover a dash of history, a steady swizzle of knowledge, and a heavy pour of fun!

Meet The Natural Mixologist! They have studied spirits & cocktails for years. What is special about these classes, is that they can dive deep into guests interests, be that differences between bourbon & scotch, or what are bitters & how do you use them, why does today's gin taste different from our parents' gin, how do you order a cocktail that you will love from a bartender, how do you fix a cocktail when it does not taste just right..... And they have conducted hundreds of classes from NYC to LA & everywhere in between.

Additional information:

  • We will bring the Cocktail Class to you and your venue. If you do not have a location, we can help you find one. We will need some space for your guests to use their tools, including ie tables, bar, kitchen island.
  • Gratuity is not included in the price.

    This includes a your first drink, a Welcome Cocktail (it’s molecular & exciting and like nothing you’ve had before), then we will walk you through 4 classic & updated cocktails (which you will be able to sample).

    Each participant will have their own bar tools and you will get to make 2 full cocktails (which you will be able to drink – and maybe compare to see who has done the best!). Q & A is encouraged throughout.

    You will learn how to use all of the basic bar tools. How to shake like a pro, muddle & mix. The importance of presentation & garnishing. And Tips & Tricks for entertaining.

    You will learn the art of mixology, how to make your own custom cocktail, and “Wow” your friends with your new skills. 

  • Custom Cocktail Making Class with Competition in Los Angeles

    The class utilizes a “Chopped” TV show style facilitating learning new skills & friendly competition.
    There is a welcome cocktail and introductory session.

    We then teach a classic cocktail style and 2 different cocktails, with demonstrations & samples for each guest. We also teach bar tool use, and what you need in a cocktail kit. Guests then replicate one of the demonstrated cocktails. Q & A is encouraged throughout.

    After the teams are equipped with cocktail knowledge, they are then set the task of creating the best cocktails which is judged against the other teams. Each group gets a ‘Mystery Basket’ that they can use to create their own cocktail (with assistance as needed). A winning team is chosen and awarded a prize.

    You will learn the art of mixology, how to make your own custom cocktail, and “Wow” your friends with your new skills.
