Make Your Own French Macaron Parrty with Professional Pastry Chef

What you'll do:

Don your chef aprons, grab your whisks and let's get baking! In this fun and interactive class, you will learn the fine art to making these mouthwatering morsels that are easy enough to be done in your own kitchen! Together with our classically trained Pastry Chef Instructor, we will demystify the making of these highly sought-after meringue-based sandwich cookies. Our Pastry Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating the process of meringue mixing, otherwise known as 'macaronage', piping, baking, assembling and of course, eating! We will also explore a few flavor profiles and filling variations (including white chocolate ganache, fruit preserves, and dulce de leche) to make your macarons really stand out from the rest!

Our events consist of hands-on cooking, baking or tasting classes led by professional chefs, mixologists, and sommeliers at a unique venue, like a dining room of a restaurant or hotel, an event space, a commercial kitchen, or a brewery.

• The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.
• Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).
• The cafe will be closed to the public when you arrive so you will have to enter the class by going through the shopping center. The door to enter the class is between the sign for MIAM Cafe and the ice cream shop.
