What you'll do:

Chef Bruno Wu will bring the restaurant experience to you and prepare his Signature Asian Fusion Menu!

You'll begin your evening by indulging in unique Hors D'oeuvres to kick your evening off as Chef Bruno perfumes the space with the delicious scents of your dinner being prepared. You can enjoy the first offerings from the comfort of the common space, or feel free to join Chef Bruno in the kitchen and watch him work his magic!

Once you group is ready to enjoy the main portion of the dinner, you'll sit at a table beautifully set with a tablecloth, charger plates, linen napkins and a colorful centerpiece to enjoy a three course plated dinner prepared and presented by Chef Bruno.

While you're enjoying your dessert, Chef Bruno will begin deep clean the kitchen area: surfaces all get cleaned and sanitized, dishes and utensils get washed and dried so you don't even have to worry about emptying the dishwasher. Chef Bruno guarantees the space will be left cleaner than when he found it!

About this experience partner:

Chef Bruno Wu was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, grew up in Westchester County, NY and attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA before moving to Los Angeles in 2009. He graduated from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California, Los Angeles on the President's Honor Roll with an Associate of Science Degree in Culinary Arts. After having worked in various restaurants in the greater Los Angeles area including Bossa Nova, The Katsu-ya Group, Status Kuo and 88 Steak House, Chef Bruno has set out to personalize the restaurant experience by bringing his services to his clients in the comfort of their homes. He has been curating culinary excellence for elite clientele in Sarasota and the surrounding areas since 2020.
