Our luxury picnics include a fully styled table with fresh flower arrangements, dinnerware, flatware, glasses, cloth napkins, decorative rug, floor pillows and throws, chilled water, candles, and cloth umbrella(s). Available for two hours.

Welcome to Premier Picnics, Rhode Island’s first luxury picnic company. Our stylists specialize in luxury picnics that create elegant al fresco dining experiences along Rhode Island’s beautiful coastline. We offer curated theme packages or can work with you to customize the ideal luxury picnic package.

Additional information:

• All items in our luxury picnics are kept in the best condition possible. Items are previously used and, in some cases, antique, therefor minor wear and tear may be visible. It is our promise to provide items that are fully cleaned and in working condition. Additionally, you may find elements from the environment on your set-up when you arrive (i.e. sand, fallen leaves, etc...) that naturally occur from being outdoors.
• The location of the picnic site is not guaranteed. Depending on park events, holidays, access to the site, and tourism, the picnic may need to be moved to another site in a nearby location. Premier Picnics will do its best to provide a comparable location.
• Guests are responsible for returning the items in the condition in which they were received. Please notify Premier Picnics immediately of any breaks or stains during your picnic. If any items are damaged beyond reasonable repair, guests will be charged for items at cost.
• Do not leave items unattended. If you need to leave your picnic early, please notify Premier Picnics and wait for a confirmation message indicating that someone is within visibility of your site. Guests will be charged at cost for any items lost due to theft during their picnic. Rentals are for two-hour appointments unless stated otherwise. While you are enjoying your picnic, Premier Picnics staff may be tending to another luxury picnic. It is not always possible for staff to return early. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation.
• Premier Picnic events start promptly at the agreed-upon start time and must conclude by the agreed-upon end time. If guests arrive late, additional time will not be added to the end of the scheduled time. Guests will have a 20-minute grace period, but if Premier Picnics is not notified after 20 minutes past the agreed-upon start time, Premier Picnics reserves the right to pack up the picnic and cancel the event. Guests who do not show up for their event will not receive a refund.
• Premier Picnics reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclement weather and is up to Premier Picnics' discretion. Guests will be notified within 48 hours of their event time with cancellation information. Should an event be canceled, rain dates are available each month. Cancellations due to inclement weather must be rescheduled within three months of the original event date. Guests will receive a full refund, minus the cost of any non-refundable add-ons (such as food and floral upgrades). If a cancellation must be made the day of, guests can choose to have their food or floral upgrades delivered locally.
• Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on all local and state properties. Premier Picnics does not provide any alcoholic beverages to their guests and is not responsible for any accidents, incidents, or other alcohol-related issues experienced by guests during or after their event.
• Premier Picnics does not provide any food or beverages. Food and beverage included in any packages are provided by licensed local vendors and are served as-is from the local vendor. Food and beverage will not be opened, plated, or on display upon guest arrival. Should a guest experience an issue, the contact information for the local vendor will be provided and any further grievance should be made with the vendor. Premier Picnics is not responsible for any accidents, incidents, or other food-related issues experienced by guests during or after their event.
