Tamara and her wonderful team of dedicated teachers love working with party groups to make their weekend extra special. Tamara has been teaching fitness since 2014 throughout the beautiful South Florida area. We teach pilates and fitness in a way that is intuitive and practical to the bodies we live in. We believe as long as you are breathing and working hard then you are doing pilates right!
