Party Detox with Sound Healing & Sound Bath Therapy

What you'll do:

Each session starts shaking our energy and a few breathing exercises! Followed by a delicious guided meditation and sound bath journey! Get your party group ready for deep relaxation and a mind, body, and soul detox!

I will guide the sound bath with my crystal bowls and other instruments connected with an element. Creating within a beautiful alignment, deep relaxation, and exploration. Connecting all of our senses. Creating the most amazing sensation within and getting you ready for the most exciting and fun time! Harmonizing the mind, body, and soul. We basically will bring good energy in!

About this experience partner:

I am a sound healing & meditation facilitator. I find the most joy in experiencing the transformation in each individual’s sessions. Finding alignment with their inner-self, deepening their inner connection to unfolding all of their beautiful magic, their unique gift/power & all of their full potential! We work on self-love, self-acceptance, and eliminating belief systems that no longer serve us. All through the enjoyment of our body, breath, and sound frequencies. Bringing alignment, harmony, and unity of our mind, body, spirit & heart/soul.

Got certified as a sound healer back in 2018, second certification in 2021, and in 2022 I took the 200-hour yoga teacher training. I have been meditating & started my own self-healing journey for about 12 years.
